Emma Louise is a vibrant, emerging artist, who specialises in Kiln-formed glass and since then and she has refined her practice to specialise in pate de verre kiln-formed glass. This was something she explored at University and after graduating in the summer of 2011, Emma Louise wanted to continue experimenting with this fragile technique.
Her work explores textures and surfaces inspired by the those found in nature and the world around us. The use of drawing and light is integral in Emma Louise's work, using mark making to respond to the intriguing shadows created.
